Dress Code

Pre-K to Grade 5

Navy, white, gray or khaki pants, shorts, skirts or jumpers, with a solid-color shirt. Sneakers every day for recess and PE.

Grades 6 to 12

Collared shirt or Brightwater sweatshirt, with pants, khakis, skirts or shorts of mid-thigh length or longer. No ripped jeans, hats indoors or clothing with offensive words or images.

Spirit Fridays

Every Friday, all students may wear Brightwater spirit wear with jeans.

Dress-up days

For assemblies, concerts and Commencement, Upper School students wear dress clothes. Teachers send a note one week ahead.
